Alhamdulillahirrabbil'alamin, Praise be to Allah SWT. thanks to His grace and guidance so that the first year of the International Conference on Health and Technology on June 14, 2023 can be carried out properly and smoothly. This seminar with the theme "Strengthening Global Health Resilience" was held by the Institut Teknologi Kesehatan Cendekia Utama Kudus.

At the seminar, research results, reviews, and results of research conducted by researchers from various institutions were presented. The results of the seminar are then documented in this proceeding.

The seminar could be carried out successfully with the help of many parties. Therefore, we thank the many parties who have helped organize this seminar.

We realize that there are still many shortcomings in the preparation of the proceedings of this international seminar so suggestions and constructive criticism are very much needed. Hopefully, this proceeding is useful for readers and those who need it.
